Valley Pets Day

On October 30th, we teamed up with Valley Pets in Buellton. We shared the profits from their sales. Just one more thing the board is doing to maintain PAWS Park!

Rattlesnake Aversion Training

PAWS Park was the setting for this training, held on November 13th. For a fee, dogs were taught how to react when they encounter a rattlesnake. This valuable training could keep your dog alive!

Bark at the Park

On October 15th and 16th, PAWS Park participated in “Bark in the Park”. We shared in the profits by joining in this community event. Members of the Board ran a booth and sold T-Shirts and PAW Plaques.

Community Picnic Returns to Buellton Several board members from PAWS Park supported this event, selling T-Shirts and collecting donations. Although less than $100 was raised, the exposure to the community was beneficial.

Shuffle Board!

Carol’s term as Treasurer and Linda’s term as Board Member came to an end. Jeanne Chambers was selected to fill the vacant Treasurer position. Carol and Linda both expressed their desire to continue serving on the PAWS Park Board of Directors and they were unanimously re-elected as board members.
